Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese energy-balancing technique for relaxation, stress reduction, and holistic healing. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, and spirit, resulting in feelings of serenity, peace, and overall wellbeing.   Reiki is done fully clothed, quietly, with simple laying on of hands.   The Reiki treatment encourages a stronger flow of vital energy throughout the body, nourishing every cell and organ with renewed life force.   It can be done alone or combined with massage or other bodywork treatments.

Esalen® Massage

A holistic healing treatment based on principles of presence, attention, intention, compassion, holism, and energy resonance.   Esalen® Massage uses specific techniques to help you get out of your head and feel present and safe in your body.   Physical tension and pain melt away, along with emotional stress and and energetic patterns that support disease processes.   Esalen® Massage approaches the body as a whole, not a collection of parts, connecting the toes to the fingertips, working right and left sides, front and back of the body simultaneously, with luxurious stretching, rocking, and body movement.   Esalen® Massage was developed by humanistic psychologists at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA, as a method of facilitating the process of growing toward our potential as human beings.

Oncology Massage

Clinical research consistently shows many healing effects of massage for cancer conditions, including reduction of side effects from chemotherapy, increased immune response, reduction of pain, fatigue and nausea, quicker healing after surgery, and reduction in anxiety and depression.  Your Oncology Massage therapist customizes the treatment based on your condition, focusing on helping your body to feel whole and normal, relieving pain, providing deep relaxation, and comforting parts of the body which have been traumatized.   You can use Oncology Massage whether or not you are receving medical treatments for cancer.

Table Shiatsu

A whole-body acupressure treatment using compression, rocking, stretching, and passive joint movement, pressing dozens of reset buttons to clear the energy flow through 14 energy channels.   The shiatsu session applies flowing movement, exquisite attention and sensitivity, and energetic connection to help the body rebalance itself.  This treatment is done on a massage table with the client fully clothed.   Shiatsu works in a holistic way to provide pain relief, deep relaxation, and stress reduction.   It is particularly effective for chronic or whole-body pain or inflammatory conditions.

Music Fusion Massage

Music therapy deliciously integrated with massage therapy.   Rhythm, sacred chanting, and gorgeous melodies are combined with massage, rocking, body drumming, body movement, and stretching to create the ultimate synergistic massage/music experience.  The Music Fusion Massage therapist determines the predominant energy blueprint needed to support the healing intentions for the massage session, and customizes a playlist that creates effective energetic support for the session.   The music for each session cycles back and forth between yin and yang energy, calming energy and stimulating energy, creating a balanced energetic arc for the entire session, with an energetic theme engineered specially for your therapeutic needs.  The music guides the session as the therapist brings the music through her own body, moving with it and injecting the music into your body.

Acupressure Facelift
